At the rally in Louisiana (Lake Charles), president Trump was proclaiming the need for voter ID, and apparently wasn’t aware it’s the rule in Louisiana, then he joked that’s why he won so big in that state, yet it’s really not a joke considering had voter ID been in effect in all the other states, Trump may have won the ancillary popular vote along with the Electoral College vote needed.
