Obviously having assumed Crooked Hillary would win the 2016 election (enabled by the ObamaGate scheme), and apparently having been too lazy or unable to see that 142 open federal judgeships would be filled by the end of his presidency, Obama left that many seats open for Trump to begin to fill upon entering the Oval Office, as noted by president Trump today at the Values Voters Summit.
