Reportedly the Turks were buying much of the oil from the ISIS controlled areas before the U. S. military ended the ISIS caliphate, so if ISIS would reconstitute in northern Syria, it would need be by somebody buying their oil, thus it will interesting to see whether Turkey would renew that practice (faking that they oppose ISIS), or perhaps the Russians and Iranians to create havoc in the region?
