Note that the Europeans have never wanted to take-back the ISIS fighters who had come from Europe, who have been captured in Syria, and now the Europeans don’t want to guard those captured in Syria, trusting the Turks to do it instead, so the Europeans are either complicit with the ISIS fighters or are just ill-equipped to deal with them in Europe, anemic, no help at all, perhaps as much a problem as solution.
