Nervous Nancy Pelosi is trying to protect her swing district House Reps from having to vote to actually begin a formal impeachment hearing, yet those swing district House Democrats are assumed to favor impeachment unless they will come out and say that they oppose it, which could still happen, in order that they would stand a better chance of retaining their seats in 2020.
