The inspector general for the U. S. intelligence community, Michael Atkinson, backdated the rules change for whistleblowers (that only hearsay evidence is now acceptable) to August (it was changed in mid September), and won’t tell the Congresspersons behind closed doors why he backdated that rules change, so he’s obviously complicit in the conspiracy to frame Trump.
