President Trump has retweeted Kevin McCarthy’s observation that Michael Atkinson didn’t read the transcript of Trump’s conversation with Ukraine’s Zelensky before issuing the (supposed) need to investigate, which certainly implicates Atkinson in the conspiracy to frame Trump by the accusations, and in fact the whistleblower statute does not apply to the president who is not a member of the intelligence community, so it’s a charade to try to remove our great president from office.
