Tonight (Monday) at his amazing rally in Rio Rancho (before an extremely enthusiastic crowd), president Trump told the story that his Team didn’t want him to go campaign for Dan Bishop who was down by 17 to a guy who had been cheated by his previous Republican foe, but Trump liked Bishop a lot, and told Team Trump that they would help Bishop then three weeks out from the election, who went on to win. The Team’s reasoning had been that had Bishop lost, with Trump helping him, the president would not have heard the end of it from the establishment media, but Trump just told the Team that they’d ride him hard either way so just go for it (the president showing sound logic).
