Democrat presidential frontrunner Joe Biden is a rich man, aided by speaking gigs at taxpayer funded universities to the tune of $200,000 per speech, for thirty minutes of his blithering blather, so shouldn’t Biden be speaking for free at public universities taxpayer funded, and couldn’t this be seen as pay-to-play scheme should he win the presidency, much as the Clinton Foundation took in millions when she was expected to become the Democrats’ nominee?
