It appears that Dan Bishop has won the 9th congressional seat in North Carolina, with 85% of the vote reported, leading by 2%, which actually is an impressive victory for the Republicans considering that the general public’s psychological bias was to vote for the guy who allegedly had been cheated previously, Dan McCready, this redo election resulting from that alleged injustice against McCready.
