Cumberland county North Carolina saw a huge surge of black support for Republican Dan Bishop in his election win over Democrat Dan McCready yesterday, that support providing Bishop’s margin of victory, because rural blacks are seeing real benefit by president Trump’s constitutional nationalist agenda, and urban blacks in ever growing numbers knowing it’s true as well.
