Elohim Told Prophet Jeremiah That He Knew Him Before He was in the Womb so Supposed Saint Pete Should Read Word

Oddball Pete Buttigieg says babies aren’t human until they breath outside of the womb, contradicting the Word (Jeremiah 1: 5) that Elohim knew us even before we were in the womb, so is the Word or the ostensible Christian mayor Pete correct on this?
