According to the biblephobic uniformitarians, the ocean transgressed up onto the continents many times through hundreds of millions of years to have deposited the sedimentary layers become rock, but why would the ocean have transgressed at all, and why many times? The uniformitarians can’t answer that, nor why the geologic column bespeaks catastrophic deposition in one global Flood, at the close of which the mountains rose as the floodwaters slid off the continents into the deepened ocean basins.
