To eliminate the Electoral College for selection of the president, 2/3’rds of Congress needs to approve it plus 3/4’s of the states, so imagine A. O. Cortez out in Montana, Wyoming, or even in New Hampshire, trying to convince them that the people in the big cities (where the Democrats dominate) should decide the presidential elections. Until Cortez and the others of her ilk would begin this campaign in the states, she’s wasting everybody’s time, as if that’s unusual!
