Anthony Scaramucci hosted a dinner honoring Donald Trump Jr. on July 30th, then turned against president Trump on Aug. 8th, followed by Jeffrey Epstein’s death on Aug. 10th, and then Scaramucci’s appearance at Bill Clinton’s birthday party on Martha’s Vinyard on Aug. 19th, at that party where a few of the previous regulars, Barack and Michelle Obama, Valerie Jarret, and Alan Dershowitz were almost predictably not in attendance, the Mooch going through some serous changes.
