Stephen Miller was quoted by Chris Matthews as having said that Trump had a wonderful effect on his soul during the 2016 primaries in espousing what Miller holds near and dear, then Matthews (rather surprisingly) played the thrill-up-the-leg card, what he felt when experiencing Obama back in 2008.
