United States Only Nation Allowing Right to Bear Arms so How Does That Factor Into America’s Rise to Greatness?

If the right to bear arms (the 2nd Amendment) were such a bad thing (as opined by the leftists), then why is the United States the most bountiful and freedom-loving nation in history?
