Vexed Joe Scarborough today admitted that the U. S. tariffs on China are greatly hindering the Chinese economy, and that the tariffs aren’t hurting the people of the U. S. in any appreciable way, yet he didn’t comment on the protests in Russia, protesting the stagnant economy there, no comment from goofy Morning Joe on this because Russia is supposedly Trump’s partner in crime!
