Imagine a leftwing judge reviewing a request to deprive a person of his/her 2nd Amendment rights according to a “red flag law,” and the judge agreeing that the gun owner, for instance an outspoken constitutional nationalist espousing 2nd Amendment rights online, is therefore indeed mentally ill, unsuited to own a gun, and imagine too the shoe on the other foot, that “leftism is a mental illness,” thus no guns for leftists so ruled by a rightwing judge.
