Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act states that the social media companies can censor excessive violence and pornography, also harassing material and “otherwise objectionable” material, that phrase “otherwise objectionable” which gives Facebook, Twitter, and Google the means to censor or give poor placement to material advocating constitutional nationalism, so president Trump, certainly not expecting much cooperation from this Congress, reportedly is contemplating an executive order to get the FCC and FTC involved, that nonviolent political speech not be censored.
