After a longwinded but relatively well-delivered scripted speech off the teleprompter today, Sleepy Joe closed oddly in saying that “we’re the United States, period, and God bless the troops,” a nice sentiment, and possibly Joe’s new way of stopping himself instead of saying that his time is up.
