Not only is there still a huge trade imbalance with China (in China’s favor), the ChiCom’s wanton theft of intellectual property worth hundreds of billions of dollars every year is ongoing, so what else can Trump do other than tariffs to correct these gross injustices, what else is available to him short of kinetics?
