If the United States were undermining the sovereignty of Mexico by kinetic guerrilla warfare like Russia has done to Ukraine, then Joe Scarborough’s saying this morning that Trump’s statement long ago that the U. S. military purposely kills people like Putin does would hold water, but the context of Trump’s line was in regard to what the U. S. has done by the CIA, as has been done by Putin’s secret services.
