The “hack” of the DNC server in 2016 was analyzed by investigators from CrowdStrike (not the FBI) who say that the Russians hacked the emails from the DNC server, that opinion by CrowdStrike accepted by Robert Mueller without further investigation, and Mueller in his report never says who delivered the emails to WikiLeaks, because in reality it probably was Seth Rich who downloaded the material onto a thumb-drive (evidenced by the quick download speed noted by investigators).
