As a last resort to get the citizenship question onto the 2020 U. S. Census form (if chief justice John Roberts continues in his obstinance ignoring that the question has been allowed on the Census forms for most of U. S. history), president Trump could just order it anyway (because it had been allowed on many past Census forms), and then the Democrats in Congress could try to impeach him for it should they decide to try to buck the will of about 70% of the electorate (who want it included on the form).
