Daffy Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden says that because of (supposed) manmade climate change, “the sea levels are rising,” so how may sea levels does he mean, or is Sleepy Joe just confused by the reports of the sea level rising in some places (actually just beach erosion) whereas not rising elsewhere (where hard rock shorelines erode less), his subconscious attempt to reconcile the two?
