When Joe Biden hustles up to greet people, for instance at the July 4th parade yesterday, jogging back-and-forth across the street to shake hands, it’s hardly a jog actually, very small strides, reminding the older set of ‘The Oldest Man” character by Tim Conway on the Carol Burnett Show, and in fact someone in the crowd at the parade yesterday yelled-out “where’s your walker Joe?”
