Perhaps to get the ball rolling, president Trump should issue the executive order now to include the citizenship question on the 2020 U. S. Census form so that the Supreme Court will not be able to say that they didn’t have enough time to rule on it, yet even if they would still say that, the Census could be conducted later in the year, as long as it will be in 2020, as late as a year-and-a-half from now.
