According to famed pollster Mark Penn (who worked for the Clintons), president Trump has a 48% approval rating, the Republican party as a whole at 42%, and the Democrat party at 44%, which tells us what is already known, that the president has broad appeal among blacks and hispanics, apparently more than the Democrats who though claim to be the answer.
