Today Joe Biden, speaking in Iowa, looked like he had just come out of a nap or was ready for one, his presentation a tired rambling mishmash of familiar complaints and standard leftist canards, evoking little applause, as if the audience was in shock that he’s the Democrat frontrunner for president.
