The government of Mexico had better do its best (or close to it) in helping to stem the flow of migrants northward to the U. S. border because president Trump has given them three months to achieve a level of effect unspecified, it could be apprehensions reduced at the U. S. border by 25%, 50%, 75%, or even more, the 5% tariff “indefinitely suspended” but ready to apply after the three months.
