Google is in big trouble now because the class action plaintiffs against the tech giant have been granted the right to proceed with their lawsuit claiming job discrimination against Google for its political bias against employees and applicants for employment, so the discovery process will reveal much about Google’s attitude toward conservatives and thereby surely a victory for the plaintiffs in California where job discrimination by political bias is illegal.
