The Ice Age was well underway by the time of the Tower of Babel about 150 years after Noah’s Flood, yet because the ocean was much warmer, the coastlines even where today is the Dogger Bank (in the North Sea) were during the Ice Age verdant not snow covered, because the ice age coastlines of Europe bordered the warm ocean which though was cooling, the Ice Age having ended when the ocean had cooled to about today’s temperatures by circa 1500 b. c.
