Obviously stung by Sadiq Khan’s editorial column about his visit to London, president Trump by tweet this morning commented that Khan is as dumb and incompetent as Bill de Blasio, and only half his height, which would make Khan about 3′ 4″, so does the London mayor wear elevator-heel shoes?
