This morning on America’s Newsroom, Charles Payne put it very nicely, that China is mugging the U. S. farmers (by retaliatory tariffs) because president Trump is negotiating for balanced trade with China rather than $500 billion in trade deficit annually and intellectual property scammed by various means.
