One of the weather guys on CNN this morning said that all the flooding in the Midwest now in late May is normal, trying to explain the very late spring cold fronts which are inducing the torrential rains on the cusp of summertime, but the rains are usually in April not May, the CNN weather guy trying to explain away the inordinately cool weather clashing with the warm moist Gulf air for all that rain.
