Apparently because Hillary was such an awful candidate and Trump was at that time a great big question mark in the minds of most, the voter turnout in 2016 was relatively low, so now after almost three years of president Trump showing his stuff, it’s not difficult to imagine a high voter turnout in 2020, particularly Democrats wanting Trump’s way over Obama’s in order to Keep America Great.
