If the government of Iran would pull its support for its fighters in Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq, and would cancel its nuclear weapons program, then Iran could become quite wealthy and a safe place to live (except for the Islamic tyranny there!), but until those adjustments are made, all bets are off.
