While Moses probably thought that the Scriptures were perfectly clear that the creation was six days in duration, about two thousand years before his day, yet by Spirit was he compelled to write affirmatively in Exodus 20: 11 that “in six days Elohim created the heavens and earth, the sea, and all (matter) that is in them (of which they are composed),” Elohim knowing that in the future it would be questioned that six days means six literal days not six long stretches of time into the billions of years.
