The leftists love saying that the overturn of Roe v. Wade would make abortion illegal nationwide which though is simply not the case, because overturning Roe v. Wade would allow the states to decide the issue, whether to make abortions completely illegal or in varying degrees of term, or to completely allowed it (“abortion on demand”), so how would your state decide the issue?
