Loose abortion laws such as in the states of New York and California are in the spirit of Roe v. Wade, legal abortions allowed in circumstances unprescribed, loose prescriptions in the blue states, more restrictive in the red states (restrictive laws which are not in the spirit of Roe v. Wade), so that decision by the Supreme Court need be overturned that each state respectively can decide the circumstances in which abortions will be allowed (without fear of lawsuits with Roe v. Wade used as the cudgel).
