President Trump Urges the Fed to Lower Interest Rates If China Does to Put Pressure on Xi to Level Trade Playing Field

This morning by tweet, president Trump theorizes that China will reduce interest rates to soften the blow of his tariffs, thus that the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States should lower interest rates in response (if China lowers), it seems like a patriotic idea.
