Today at his press conference with prime minister Viktor Orban of Hungary, U. S. president Trump announced that he will take the biggest annual export dollar number of U. S. farm products to China, $15 billion per year, to buy the farm products now being tariffed by China, those U. S. farm products purchased by the government earmarked to export as foreign aid.
