The House intel committee members are free to read the full Mueller report, but they aren’t and won’t because they wouldn’t be able to talk publicly about the redacted material of which they would be privy, yet if they would read the un-redacted report in a secure setting, and would find material detrimental to president Trump, they could say it’s grounds to open impeachment hearings, that un-redacted material which then would become public, but they aren’t going there, knowing the report is a pathetic dud.
