Today during his amazing impromptu 40 minute press conference (imagine Obama doing that!), president Trump rightly noted that John Kerry has been violating the Logan Act by his meetings with Iranian leaders to defy president Trump’s drive for a new nuclear deal with Iran, while Kerry is pushing the old deal, in violation of the Logan Act for which Kerry could easily be indicted.
