The Never-Trump Republicans say that the president is not a conservative of whom Ronald Reagan would approve, that Trump therefore is no conservative, but in today’s world would Reagan say that border security and immigration control is essential, that the reduction of onerous regulation is good, that a powerful national defense and strong trade stance is benefitting the U. S., and wouldn’t Reagan tell Trump to keep doing whatever it takes, including tweeting in epic troll fashion as president Reagan would’ve about Sam Donaldson and the other leftists of his day had Twitter been available?
