Today commenting on the Barr hearings in the U. S. Senate, hapless establishment spin-master judge Andrew Napolitano on Fox News said that the lawyers on staff for the Democrats in the House should be allowed to ask questions of Barr in the upcoming House hearings because congresspeople aren’t capable of asking incisively probing questions, yet can’t the congresspeople read the questions written by the lawyers or does that take too much rehearsal time on their schedules?
