Tonight by tweet, president Trump announced that a full embargo and other financial restrictions will be slapped on Cuba unless the 20,000 military personnel in Venezuela defending Maduro will return home. Venezuela is not far from becoming a war torn nation like Syria, now a haven for multinational criminals, that nation much controlled by Russia as Venezuela is becoming.
