If it’s true that up to 25,000 Cuban security personnel are in Venezuela defending Maduro’s narco-terroristic regime, then heavy pressure must be applied to Cuba (and Russia) to remove those forces, the presence of which could justify a powerful U. S. military intervention if requested by Juan Guaido and the Venezuelan legislature.
