Joe Biden hasn’t answered why the Obama administration didn’t lift a finger against Russia meddling until after Trump won the election in 2016, and Biden’s sneaky dealings in Ukraine to have gotten his son Hunter out of legal jeopardy there have yet to be fully exposed, plus Joe and Hunter profited hugely on China deals while Biden was vice president, so considering all that coupled with his groping history, who could blame the guy for backing away from the 2020 presidential race?
